You have 10 days after receiving your auto parts item/s to process the return. All claims and returned automobile parts goods must be accompanied by your order. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected the wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts, special order parts, hazardous material, or imported parts.
